multiple joint pain
Pain in several places, plz help!?
First a year Im 25 years old, housewife. I had pain in my left knee for 4 years now, I fell very bad to him and never looked at it, but its been around that point. After about 2 months, my right knee started hurting too much. About a week or so ago, my left elbow started to hurt and then moved to my left shoulder yesterday and now today the wrist, left, is hurting too. It's a pain about 7 out of 10. Nothing does it better, stretching, prescription medicines, drug agents (hydrocodone), muscle relaxants, hot uncompressed! I can not sleep just its so annoying and painful. Sometimes it is difficult to move these areas, and has been constant. I'm so worried about how its spread. Do you have any advice? Has anyone experienced the same thing? Plz help me? Their stay in these areas, so they are all hurting the same time. It feels a bit like a problem common, but also like your muscles, although there is some tenderness to touch anything, even when pressure is applied.
Whether pain is not typical, and could be a symptom of something worse. I would like to see a doctor and ask him to do some tests. Also, I recommend getting a journal and documentation their pain every day. That way you can show your doctor what you are going through and can take the pain more seriously. From the joint pain is commonly in the elderly can be a good idea to see a geriatrician. Sounds strange, but probably have more experience with joint pain and muscle a general practitioner.
