Weak Bones

Weak bones?

Morning, People.
Do I have weak bones or is it natural? Some places ache. In places like my knees, ankles and wrists. These are the only places. I have problems when I'm exercising. Well, actually.. I don't have to be exercising. It comes and goes.. and I don't really know, when it's going to come. I just know, when I'm exercising that it is aching more often.

I might add more later.

well... I think you lack of calcium and also vitamins.Always eat vegetables and also in the age. Also, it becomes weak when you reach the age of 50 above.
